Company Policy

Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Australia Deals International is not responsible for typographical and/or photographic errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. Australia Deals International does not offer any technical support or sales advice. Customer pays return shipping charges for all Return Services.
 

Sales Tax 
Australia Deals International is a GST registered business in Australia. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a broad based tax on the supply of most goods and services consumed in Australia. The GST rate is 10%. As a GST registered business, GST will be payable on most goods and services it sells or supplies in the course of its business. Sales tax is only required for orders purchased and shipped within Australia. For international orders, GST will not be included.
 


Product Testing

Australia Deals International ships all items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. Australia Deals International does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.

Product Support & Compatibility 
Australia Deals International is not responsible for any compatibility issues, we do not provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at Australia Deals International.
 


Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased at Australia Deals International will effectively void our return policy. Products that have been modified, damaged, or abused will not be accepted for replacement or refund. No exceptions. Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void any Return Policy stated. Products that are returned to Australia Deals International with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused for service and returned at customers expense.

Product Descriptions 
Australia Deals International strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein on our website. Due to human error we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to a typographical, informational, technical or other error, Australia Deals International shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Australia Deals International are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Australia Deals International does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.
 

Product Revisions Policy 
Australia Deals International is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, Australia Deals International puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date. Unfortunately there are varying instances which, although rare, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered minimal by the manufacturer. Australia Deals International relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers, prior to purchase, in the event the manufacturer fails to do so.
