All returns/refunds MUST have a RA number. A RA form needs to be filled in and send it back to us by mail or fax before sending the item(s). Your RA number will then be issued via email. An RA number is required before returning any goods to Australia Deals International and it must be clearly printed and visible outside the box/parcel when goods are being shipped.
Any return shipped back without a RA will not be processed. RA form can be downloaded here.
Item(s) sent back to us due to refused delivery, or
returned due to an undeliverable address, will be result a 30%
restocking fee and minus double the original shipping cost. All these costs will be chargeable to the purchaser.
All Return shipping costs, Defective or Non-Defective, is the sole
responsibility of the customer under any circumstance, and are
non-refundable regardless of reason.
Due to the nature of online ordering shipping fees are non-recoverable for us either.
No refunds after 14 days. Please allow 2-3 Business days for processing any return.
Products that have been modified, damaged, or abused will not be
accepted for replacement or refund. Removal or alteration of a
product’s serial number or serial number sticker will automatically
void any Warranty/Return Policy stated. Products that are returned to
Australia Deals International with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be
refused for service and returned at customer’s expense. No exceptions.
Some Manufacturers insist on contacting them directly for technical
support and or return service, for a product that may be defective.
