Return Policy



What makes us so different from other online store?


At Australia Deals International, we understand sometimes buying stuffs online can be risky as the image shown online might be different from the actual product received. Or you need to feel the actual product before making up your mind. Provided that the return meet the following conditions, we will give you a full refund, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!

    Item(s) are purchased from our website (www.austdeals.com.au)
    Item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt
    Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging
    Required order receipt and signed return authorization form

We will refund you the total amount paid less postage, within 72 hours upon receiving the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please be advised that Australia Deals International will not cover any postage costs for returned products. These costs must be covered in full by the customer.

This return policy does not apply to 'In Stock Pick Up' orders or orders returned to our physical stores. For 'In Stock Pick Up' orders and orders returned to our physical retail store, a 5% re-stocking fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.


Unauthorized Returns
All returns/refunds MUST have a RA number. A RA form needs to be filled in and send it back to us by mail or fax before sending the item(s). Your RA number will then be issued via email. An RA number is required before returning any goods to Australia Deals International and it must be clearly printed and visible outside the box/parcel when goods are being shipped.

Any return shipped back without a RA will not be processed. RA form can be downloaded here.

Item(s) sent back to us due to refused delivery, or returned due to an undeliverable address, will be result a 30% restocking fee and minus double the original shipping cost. All these costs will be chargeable to the purchaser.

All Return shipping costs, Defective or Non-Defective, is the sole responsibility of the customer under any circumstance, and are non-refundable regardless of reason.

Due to the nature of online ordering shipping fees are non-recoverable for us either.

No refunds after 14 days. Please allow 2-3 Business days for processing any return.

Products that have been modified, damaged, or abused will not be accepted for replacement or refund. Removal or alteration of a product’s serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void any Warranty/Return Policy stated. Products that are returned to Australia Deals International with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused for service and returned at customer’s expense. No exceptions.

Some Manufacturers insist on contacting them directly for technical support and or return service, for a product that may be defective.
 

Defective Returns
Defective unit must be returned back to us within 14 days of the Delivery date. Defective units are replaced for the same product only. Upon receipt of the defective product a new unit will be reshipped at no additional cost. After 14 days please contact the manufacturer under their respective warranty. If you return a product and upon our inspection we determine the product is not defective, the product will be returned at your expense or charged a restocking fee. Please Do not try to repair the product on your own.

Non-Defective Returns
Product must be returned back to us within 14 days of the original Invoice date for a refund. All Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Do not discard the Manufacturer Packaging

All items must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork i.e. instruction manual, warranty card etc. Products that are not returned in full, will not be accepted for replacement or refund. No exceptions.

Product Support & Compatibility
Australia Deals International is not responsible for any compatibility issues, we do not provide technical support. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at Australia Deals International.

Damaged During Shipping
Please inspect the package for any visual damage before signing for delivery. Any Visual damage must be noted with your signature. Damages must be reported within 3 Business Days. The shipping carrier will arrange for pick up of the item and a replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the damaged product. Any report of such after 3 business days of receipt will not be accepted. If the package was left at your door please DO NOT open the package and contact us right away.

Missing Parts
Missing parts must be reported within 3 Business Days. Any report of such after 3 business days of receipt will not be accepted.

Australia Deals International will use best efforts to maintain accuracy of the data provided and images used on this website. However, at any point of time if the data or images provided are incorrect such as incorrect pricing, priced below fair market value, availability has changed or image and descriptions contain inaccuracies, Australia Deals International shall not be responsible or liable.
