Australia Deals International has warranty for all imported and local products. We believe that shopping online should offer the same peace of mind as buying from a retail store. Therefore, we strive to provide a comparable service to protect you and your purchases. All our imported products have one year warranty in Australia. Repair services will be provided for defects arising from normal usage for a period of one year commencing from the date of purchase. (Parts will be replaced when necessary). |

For all imported products not covered by manufacturer warranty in Australia, Australia Deals International offer a one year warranty in Australia. Australia Deals International warrants the product to operate according to the manufacturer's specifications for the period of 1 year after the dispatch date. Australia Deals International has repair/service centre in all major cities around Australia, therefore if you require any repair, you need not send it back to us, just contact us and you can bring it to our authorized service centre nearest to you. Australia Deals International will cover all parts and labour costs for the repair of a manufacture defect or fault of production. However this warranty only covers within the warranty period and products that are purchased directly from Australia Deals International. |

Only if applicable, Australia Deals International will refund you the shipping fees only after we have confirmation from our service center that this camera is within the warranty conditions. |

Warranty offered by Australia Deals International for imported goods only covers under the following circumstances. Service and parts will be chargeable even within warranty period if the following arises: Full particulars are not shown or alterations are made against the actual information e.g. alteration of the date of registration or serial number. Connection of other fittings, accessories, equipment or software to the product which were not approved by manufacturer. |

| The warranty is valid from the date of dispatch until the end of 1 year. If the product comes with a warranty card, you must keep this warranty card in a safe place. The warranty card must be presented in order to make a claim. It is in your best interest to make a note of your product's item number and this should be quoted in any communication with Australia Deals International. If the product is returned to Australia Deals International, we shall endeavour to ensure the safety of your product(s) while it is in our possession. However, whilst every effort will be made to return your product (and any film, tape, or other recordable media or accessory), Australia Deals International cannot accept any liability, nor pay any compensation for the loss of a particular item. You should retain any accessories not required for the repair. We may choose to replace your product if the cost of repair is not economical. In any cases if the product is no longer being available, You may choose to replace it with a similar product of the same or greater value but the final decision is still to be made by Australia Deals International. These values are determined by what the values are at the time of replacement. Freight for returning goods to and from Australia Deals International is the responsibility of the customer if the fault of the product is not covered by this warranty. Australia Deals International's only obligation under this warranty is the provision of the service as set out above. You should take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your assets and property (including all software and data) and to minimise potential loss or disruption, including, where appropriate, making full backups of all your software and data and implementing virus checking controls. The warranty is not transferable to a third party. |
| Dead on Arrival (DOA) | |

All products are also covered under Dead on Arrival terms. Dead on Arrival means the product does not work the first time you try to use it. Customers will have the product either exchanged for a new one or repaired if DOA applies*. Please report the defects within the first 24 hours upon receiving the product, otherwise, DOA will not apply. DOA will not be honoured if any protective materials (screen protectors etc.) are removed, or if the product is damaged or scratched. If the product has not been used or checked with the 24 hour period, and the product is found to be DOA, the DOA policy does not apply. A standard warranty claim will then need to be made. This subject to manufacturers inspection. Product must be in it original condition when received.
